about us

Milled, churned
and baked by hand

Ducking Good started in our home kitchen outside Paige, Texas with one stubborn idea: quality ingredients should be convenient for everybody, not just the people with a whole Saturday to spend preparing them.

So we mill our own flour in small batches, churn butter, and steep vanilla beans for months. Weekends we're at the farmers market. Weekdays we bake to order.
